Life story
Ruqaya Ebrahim Fadhel Khalil Al-Zayani was born in Zinj on 5 July 1984, the daughter of Ebrahim Fadhel Al-Zayani and Amina Fadhel Al-Sairafi. The Mohammed Al-Tajir Scholarship Fund paid for her studies. She studied physiotherapy at the College of Health Sciences and graduated in 2006. She works as a physiotherapist in a rehabilitation centre. In 2010 she married Waleed Mustafa Al-Hashimi. Today she lives in Muharraq.
