Life story
Jamal Jameel Jamal Khalil Al-Kawari was born in Diraz on 26 September 1987, the son of Jameel Jamal Al-Kawari and Noor Sami Al-Tajir. He studied commerce and accounting at the University of Leeds and graduated in 2011 with honours. He worked as an accountant and later as a finance manager in a bank in Manama. In 2016 he married Sawsan Hussain Al-Mulla. He is a keen photographer whose pictures of old doors and alleys were exhibited in Manama. Today he lives in Busaiteen.
