Fadhel Mahmood Talal Kareem Al-Arrayed

Fadhel Mahmood Talal Kareem Al-Arrayed was born in Manama on 21 October 1966 into the Al-Arrayed family. He played football for a local club and dreamed of the national team. He studied physiotherapy at the College of Health Sciences and graduated in 1990. During his studies he failed his second year and nearly gave up, but repeated it and passed. He works as a physiotherapist in a rehabilitation centre. In 1993 he married Salma Majid Al-Fardan. He founded a small IT company that today employs twenty people. He opened a small restaurant that failed within two years, leaving him in debt; it took him five years to pay it back. Today he lives in Hamad Town.
